chef Wehmann's daily menue has one premiss:
creativity with regional products

That is the reason why chef Wehmann's menu changes daily in parts and you as a guest can be sure that you will have the full variety in flavour. All products are, and were for more than three decades, fresh from the food market and will be prepared professionally from Heinz Wehmann and his kitchen team.
