Who works in the kitchen?
Patron: Heinz Otto Wehmann was born 1955 in Versmold. He was a son of a well known restaurant family, his mother was a cook herself.
He is married, has two children and is now already working for more than 35 years in the Landhaus Scherrer.
His life: His original apprenticeship was in "Ostwestfalen", followed by five years in the famous Atlantic Hotel Hamburg.
With the young age of twenty-five, he passed as the youngest and best cook in his agegroup, so he worked as the deputy chef in the Atlantic Hotel.
For more than twenty-six years, he is the owner, chef and CEO of the Landhaus Scherrer.
