Wine cellar
Our guests enjoy well selected wines from all over the world, including high quality champagne; 620 different wines and chapagnes in approximately 12,000 bottles. The wine cellar is situated in the older part of the Landhaus Scherrer and it is possible to walk through it. The cellar is divided in different sections, so that the right temperature is ensured for each bottle: White wine at 8°C, red wine at 16°C and chanpagne at 5°C. Furthermore, there are 110 different digestif in the restaurant.
